Camping.
Presqu'ile Provincial Park runs a large Ontario Parks campground on the Lake Ontario peninsula — several hundred frontcountry and RV sites across multiple campgrounds, including High Bluff and Maples, all within walking distance of the park's beaches, the Marsh Boardwalk, and the lighthouse area.
The brief.
Reservations through the Ontario Parks reservation system; the camping season runs roughly mid-May through mid-October. Campsites range across multiple campgrounds inside the park — High Bluff and Maples are named in the Ontario Parks materials.
Daily vehicle permits cover day-use beyond the campground for non-camping visitors. Campers have walk-in access to the beaches, the Marsh Boardwalk, the Owen Point Trail, and the lighthouse area without leaving the park; the bird-watching window in spring (March–April waterfowl) and late summer (August–September shorebirds) is well inside camping season for the latter and just at the start of the season for the former.
