The Loyalist Parkway (Highway 33) runs 60.9 km from Bloomfield in Prince Edward County east to Collins Bay Road in Kingston, and the township's segment between Amherstview and Bath delivers the heritage corridor along the Lake Ontario shoreline. Fairfield House (1793) and the Fairfield-Gutzeit House (1796) sit directly on the route, and the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail follows the same corridor for about 40 km inside the township.

On Amherst Island, the farm-road loop from Stella is flat, low-traffic, and pairs with bird-watching stops in winter or quiet rural touring through the warmer months. May through October is the best window for the open road; April and November are workable on calm days, with the ferry running year-round.
