Swimming & Beach.

Charles Daley Park, a 22.5-acre Town of Lincoln waterfront park between Jordan Road and Seventh Street, holds two unsupervised Lake Ontario beaches — Charles Daley East and Charles Daley West — at the point where Fifteen and Sixteen Mile Creeks reach the lake. Niagara Region Public Health samples the beach water between Victoria Day weekend and Labour Day weekend and posts the results.

Swimming & Beach in Lincoln
01 — What to know

The brief.

Both beaches are unsupervised — there is no on-duty lifeguard. Niagara Region Public Health samples the water through the swimming season (Victoria Day weekend through Labour Day weekend) and bathers should check the current sampling results before swimming.

Charles Daley Park is free to enter, with a bandshell hosting summer programming, a playground, picnic areas, and washrooms. Fifteen and Sixteen Mile Creeks both flow into Lake Ontario at the park, providing creek-mouth access for canoeing alongside the beach use.

From downtown Toronto, the Lincoln waterfront is roughly an hour on the QEW.
